Gary joined the Melville Cockburn Chamber of Commerce early in 2018 and joined the MCCC Board in October 2018.

Gary is the owner and director of ARK (AUS) Pty Ltd.

ARK is a business consultancy and a commercial finance brokerage company, which works with medium enterprises as they develop. Its services encompass all of the clients business needs by working on their growth strategy, business planning and operational effectiveness.

ARK recognises the financial challenges of business in today’s economy. To support this need, ARK established its finance brokerage arm to help its client’s source the appropriate finance products they need to run and grow their business.

Gary’s previous experience comprises management roles in a number of small to mid-size companies as well as a corporate role as a Vice President of a large multinational. His business experience covers the OEM, project, manufacturing and mining sectors.

His practical experience is supported by an MBA with a major in leadership from Curtin University and an engineering degree from the UK.

Being a member of the (FBAA)  Finance Broker Association of Australia, his experience in banking and equity raising, coupled with his business experience, brings a deep understanding of the needs of SME’s in todays economy.

Meet Terry Lee, the Owner and Director of Terry Lee Financial Planning and Wealth Growers. With a Chamber membership spanning over two decades, Terry is deeply committed to the community.

Terry boasts an impressive 36-year tenure as a Financial Advisor Licensee (ASFL) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. His wealth of experience and expertise has driven him to nominate for a board position at MCCC.

He believes in contributing his skills and knowledge to enhance the chamber’s alignment with the community’s evolving needs. Terry’s dedication to the betterment of MCCC makes him a valuable asset and a key figure in the chamber’s continued success.

Stephanie brings over 20 years of expertise in IT enterprise solutions and business development, with a proven track record of success in supporting and growing businesses.

As a Senior Director at Mobile Executive and former director of a successful IT start-up that achieved $1 million in its first year, Stephanie excels in identifying target audiences, leveraging marketing platforms, and utilising social media for visibility.

Philip Charles

Sylex Ergonomics designs and manufactures top quality office furniture, computer furniture and office accessories. Phil is an Industry Specialist with nearly 35 years experience in ergonomics and office furniture. Phil has also 12 years in the Army Reserve, enjoys cricket and basketball, and is looking forward to contributing to the MCCC board and supporting local business.

John has been a business planner and analyst with corporate and government entities for more than 30 years.  In this time, he has conducted more than 300 projects concerning strategy and business planning, product development, culture change and customer service.

He currently specialises in providing advice and practical support to SME owners and managers to grow their businesses and adapt to the changing social and market trends.

John has a Master of Business Administration degree as well as qualifications in quality management, process design and organizational governance.

Lance Kinnaird, the director of Ninja Digital, runs his business locally, with his upbringing shared between the Melville and Cockburn areas.  His agency offers a full suite of digital marketing services, specialising in creating “websites and social media content so sharp, your competition wont know what hit ’em!”.  With a focus on increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition, Lance is a firm believer in the power of networking within the local community. He is enthusiastic about bringing his expertise to the chamber to bolster its social media presence.

Chontelle is a highly skilled communications and engagement specialist, fostering connections between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.

Serving as Deputy Mayor for the City of Cockburn since 2017, she combines community leadership with academic pursuits, including a Bachelor of Business and a WALGA Diploma of Local Government.

Accomplished NED, CFO, lawyer, and mineral economist with 20+ years’ experience in resources and manufacturing. Expertise in leadership, governance, financial modeling, cross-cultural negotiation, and IT change management. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Malaysian, and Indonesian. Proven track record in building partnerships, delivering results, and thriving in complex environments.
