Melville Cockburn Chamber of Commerce offers flexible venue and room for hire to suit: meetings, seminars, training workshops, team building events, corporate functions, business expos and more.

  • Conference room – Capacity 50 people standing, 30 theatre style, 16 seated at tables
  • Conference room/Multi-use Areas – Capacity 100 people


The rooms are available for hire during these times:

  • Monday to Friday: 7 am to 8 pm
  • Saturday: 7 am to 5 pm

Equipment & Amenities Information

Tables and Chairs available. 

Set up and Pack down must be completed by the hirer and must be included in your booking time.

All hirers must complete a site visit and test technological equipment prior to their booking date.

Technological and Audio-Visual Equipment

  • 2 x Smart TV (one in reception area and one in conference area)
  • Connection via screen mirroring to laptop or HDMI cable
  • Microphone
  • WiFi

Amenities provided in the Conference and Kitchen area.

  • Cutlery and serving utensils
  • Tea and Coffee facilities (consumables to be supplied by hirer)
  • Glassware and platters
  • Large fridge and microwave.
