Melville Cockburn Chamber of Commerce offers a Conference room for hire by business, government, professional and community groups to conduct events, seminars, workshops or meetings.

  • Conference room – capacity 50 people
  • Conference room/Community Areas (incl kitchen) – Capacity 100 people


The rooms are available for hire during these times:

  • Monday to Sunday 


Equipment & Amenities Information

Tables and Chairs available.

Set up and Pack down must be completed by the hirer and must be included in your booking time.  

All hirers must complete a site visit and test technological equipment prior to their booking date.

Technological and Audio-Visual Equipment

  • 2 x Smart TV with screen mirroring to laptop (one in reception area and one in conference area)
  • Microphone

Amenities provided in the Conference and Kitchen area.

  • Cutlery and serving utensils
  • Tea and Coffee facilities (consumables to be supplied by hirer)
  • Glassware and platters
  • Large fridge and microwave.
