      Exhibitor & Sponsor Terms and Conditions By registering as an Exhibitor or Sponsor for the All Abilities Expo, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Registration & Payment Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. 2. No Refund Policy All exhibitor and sponsorship fees are non-refundable, including cancellations, non-attendance, business operational changes, or circumstances outside your control. If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, your booking will be transferred to the rescheduled date. 3. Exhibitor Responsibilities Exhibitors must arrive on time and be fully set up by the specified bump-in deadline. Exhibitors must remain present for the entire duration of the event and may not pack down early unless approved by organisers. All materials, displays, and activities must be safe, secure, and suitable for a public environment. 4. Behaviour & Conduct Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and inclusive behaviour at all times. Any behaviour considered disrespectful, unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive may result in immediate removal from the event with no refund. All interactions with attendees, staff, volunteers, and fellow exhibitors must align with the values of inclusion and community engagement. 5. Branding & Promotion By participating, exhibitors and sponsors grant permission for MCCC and Murdoch University to use logos, business names, and event-day photos for marketing, promotional, and reporting purposes. 6. Liability Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment, products, and personal belongings. MCCC and Murdoch University take no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft. Exhibitors must ensure all electrical equipment is safe and compliant. 7. Compliance All exhibitors must comply with venue rules, health and safety instructions, and any direction given by event staff or security. Any activity involving food sampling, demonstrations, or equipment must comply with relevant regulations. 8. Stall Allocation Exhibit locations and stall allocations are determined by the event organisers and may be adjusted if required to ensure a safe, accessible, and balanced layout.
